Kolab 1 problem with INBOX "list" permission

This means the mailbox has not yet be created.
Try to restart the kolab server processes
and then check if the mailbox was created under /kolab/var/imap/

Try kolab-server-2.0-beta, if you do not depend on really
running an old kolab1 server.
