Address Book not available in web admin

Hello all
Busy day today! I now have a problem with the address book of the web 
admin interface. I can add addressbook entries fine, but cannot see the 
address book.
In /kolab/var/apache/log/ I see the following:

[Wed Jan  5 14:53:51 2005] [error] PHP Warning:  Smarty error: unable to 
read resource: "addrlistgroup.tpl" in 
/kolab/lib/php/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1083

I cannot find addrlistgroup.tpl anywhere, could it have been renamed or 
deleted somehow? (`find / -name addrlistgroup.tpl` returns nothing)

I tried to restart with openpkg rc all restart, but this has not helped 
either. Is there a template for addrlistgroup.tpl? In 
/kolab/var/kolab/php/admin/templates/en I have the following:

-rw-r--r--  1 kolab kolab  261 Dec 24 09:27 addrdeleted.tpl
-rw-r--r--  1 kolab kolab  721 Dec 24 09:27 addresslist.tpl
-rw-r--r--  1 kolab kolab  914 Dec 24 09:27 addrlistall.tpl
-rw-r--r--  1 kolab kolab  272 Dec 24 09:27 admindeleted.tpl
-rw-r--r--  1 kolab kolab  902 Dec 24 09:27 adminlistall.tpl

Could one of these be the file I need? If not, does anyone have this 
file, and could you post it and tell me where to put it please?
