migrating to and from Samsung Contact and Exchange?

Any suggestions on software that can be used to help with migrations of
mail accounts (mailboxes, contacts, calendars) to and from HP OpenMail,
Samsung Contact and/or Exchange?

Also, where are the docs on migrating from Exchange (or HP OpenMail or
Samsung Contact) to Kolab Server?

I saw 15-month-old migrationshinweise_von_ol_exchange.txt document in
German but I didn't read it yet. Any newer, English version?
