Vacation Auto-Reply not working

Hmmm... it works for me... Can you:
1) Create a new user
2) Activate vacation e-mail
3) do a tail -f /var/log/mail/info
4) send an email to that user
5) send me the result of the logs

Normally, you should see an entry from postfix/lmtp (email sent to
vacation user), immediately followed by a lmtpd trio of entries (cyrus
processing the vacation), then postfix again, to the original user.

Also, please check in /var/lib/imap/sieve/[first letter]/[username] if
you have a default entry symlinked to kmail-vacation.siv.script

My guess is it might be related to fetchmail, as it does weird things in
regards to envelope: the "from" user that send the mail is not the
"from" email in the headers. The mail.info log should give us a clue on
what's happening.
