slappasswd error in kolab_bootstrap

Hi Thore,

thanks for report, this has been fixed
in the packages I have put up correctly today.
(dated/20041108 and currently current. ;-) )

If you haven't started testing you could grap
the packages updates.
Please report your findings in any case.
