Problems installing Kolab server on SuSE Professional 9.0

I did this.  Same result.  I notice that only dn2id.dbb gets created.

Here is /kolab/etc/sasl/saslauthd.conf (minus all the comments, to save
space):
ldap_servers: ldap://127.0.0.1
ldap_deref: never
ldap_referrals: no
ldap_restart: yes
ldap_search_base: MUST-SPECIFY
ldap_auth_method: bind

And here is the contents of /kolab/etc/openldap/slapd.conf (also minus

I am going to try to install the zfos packages for SuSE 9.0, and see if I
have any more success that way.  It is entirely possible that I am
incapable of reading simple installation instructions. :o)
