After several months of kolab working fine (with the possible exception of
spam processing), I am suddenly having a problem with mail.

A couple of days ago, I noticed that my mail volume was way down, then
yesterday, I noticed I could no longer send mail across my vpn connection. I
went in today and added my vpn tunnel to $mynetworks. This worked and I was
able to send mail (this email was sent down the tunnel), but I am still not
getting mail.

I looked in /kolab/var/postfix/log, and saw that everything coming from
upstream is getting deferred:

relay=none, delay=1, status=deferred (connect
to /kolab/var/kolab/lmtp[/kolab/var/kolab/lmtp]: Connection refused)

I have not made any changes to the configuration, why would lmtp suddenly stop
working, and more importantly, what can I do to get it working again?

Thanks,
