We're using it, but we aren't a very big organization...

1 server, a dual PIII 500 with 1G RAM. And it hasn't even hiccuped. We are
also running Amavis, Spamassassin, Jabber, and Mailman (all integrated into
Kolab) as well on the same machine...no problems at all. We are in the
process of moving it to another, more powerful, machine though.

Just me. (Well, our secretary adds and deletes user accounts, but she doesn't
"administer" the server at all)

BTW - I set it up in about a day, tested it for 2 or 3 days, and we were ready
to go. We moved off Exchange, and it was a very smooth transition. The only
times I have to get on the server at all is to make sure that the backups are
happening. It's probably one of our most maintenance-free servers. (I wish
I could say that for our DB2 servers...but that's another story - my next
task: getting them on MySQL!) It's been running withouth a flaw for 3 months
now.

Is that what you wanted to know? :)
