[UPDATE] KEP 12: Color configuration storage for resources and categories

Hi all,

Based on the excellent input from Jeroen and Thomas, please find the updated 
draft of KEP 12 now online at

It seems mostly uncontroversial, the only remaining question is what outcome 
we'll have for the thread at

	http://kolab.org/pipermail/kolab-format/2011-September/001469.html

which currently seems the blocker to move this KEP into closing.

So please read carefully through this KEP now if you have any opinion on the 
matter, help us identify the remaining weak points and things that may be 
unclear so we can close this as soon as that other thread is done.
