Mainly I have to say thanks to the authors of the document:
Bo Thorsen, David Faure, Joon Radley, Martin Konold, Stephan Buys 
and Stuart Binge. 

I believe Bo and Joon started the main part after a meeting in South Africa
in 2004. And Martin being the central Kolab 2 architect also played a major 
role, especially in refining the document here and there afterwards.

Of course also thanks to the client implementors and the community!
