ANNOTATEMORE problems

Hi,

The only way to use a vendor tag ( "/vendor/kolab/folder-type" ) with
ANNOTATEMORE in Cyrus 2.2.3 is to modify the source code. (annotate.c)

Should we patch the code and ask the Cyrus project to incorporate it or do
we try and find another alternative?

Also someone from the core Kolab development group needs to register the
kolab vendor tag as specified in 7.4 of RFC2244.
This is required by the ANNOTATEMORE draft(2.2.1.2)
