According to my current understanding the X-KOLAB-TYPE header
would increase about 2% of the common email look cases. 
If Joon sees advantages beyond this, it is fine with me.

For the UID: Just like Joon said, it looks like a hack, 
but if Stuart and Bo see advantages and nobody has
alternatives, fine with me.
