Annotation Patch

I have submitted both and left the decision of what to include to the Cyrus
developers. I cant guess the reason why they didn't include dynamic support
in the first place. 

We will get very little, if any, resistance to the first patch - and our 1st
prize goal is to get /vendor/kolab support into Cyus. It might even be quickly
rolled into stable version of the software...

Patch 2 makes more sense, but that is a decision the Cyrus developers will
have to make for themselves. Also, because of the amount of code changes it
might not make it into the stable versions of imapd quickly...
