<div>OK, I have downloaded the aforementioned Synthesis SyncML to my iphone, and have tried it with maybe half a dozen online, hosted server services. Of the services tried, they all had predefined labels and fields, and I was therefore unable to test if the app it's self sends the custom labels.</div>
