Tested with Kontact enterprise35 20130923.8c03dfc:

Precondition:
* Identity A with OpenPGP key (configured in "Cryptography" tab of Identity)
* Identity B without any OpenPGP key (empty fields in "Cryptography" tab)

To reproduce:
1. Write a new email. (Identity A is preselected.)

2. Enable "Encrypt Message" button.
-> The blue line ("Message will be encrypted") is visible on the top of body.

3. Change to identity B.
=> "Encrypt Message" button is disabled but the blue line is still there!
It's dangerous because users expected that the email will be encrypted.

4. Click send.
-> Email is sent unencrypted (without any crypto question).

Same problem with Sign and Sign&Encrypt.
