Did you execute the steps listed at:
 https://en.opensuse.org/User:Aeneas_jaissle/SDB:Kolab_3#Pre-Installation
 - kolab-prep-setup
 - kolab-start-setup

kolab-start-setup setting up the certificates (asking many many questions like 
State, City, among things)

What version do you've?  E.g. rpm -q kolab-cli

>From this "/var/lib/imap/user_deny.db: No such file or directory" from your log 
output, I conclude that you did not run kolab-prep-setup.
