I'd say when in doubt, just create a bug report at http://issues.kolab.org
similar to https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1000

Unfortunately, I can not say much about the other issues you found, but this
one I saw myself already [1]. Please check [2] for information on that issue.

In /etc/hosts you need to add a different IP address for
kolab.graumannschaft.org. Apparently, it is important not to just use
127.0.0.1 there.
