[Kolab-devel] Debian Packages built

Hi there,

I've built libkolab[1], libkolabxml[2] and libcalendaring[3] for Wheezy, so 
that should free up the way for a pykolab -xml subpackage to start depending 
on the python-kolabformat package (which comes from libkolabxml).

It also frees up the way to start shipping roundcube[4] 0.9 (the latest from 
git master HEAD) along with roundcube-plugins-kolab[5].

I suppose the new packages deserve a thorough review as for the most part I'm 
still not completely familiar with all the intricacies of the packaging 
guidelines.
