You may have updated from kolab-webadmin-3.0.2 to, perhaps, 
kolab-webadmin-3.0.3-5?

I thought I had fixed the problem in 3.0.4-5, but maybe not.

A yum -y reinstall kolab-webadmin should resolve the problem.
