In the old architecture the client only provides the URL to the folder which 
changes contents (either delete or new message). An easily backwards 
compatible improvement for extrem scalability would be that the client MAY in 
addition also provide the uidvalidity and the UIDs of the deleted/added 
messages.

This speeds up the creation of the fb even more though as previously explained 
fb creation/update is non blocking anyway.
