[Kolab-devel] Branched off kolab-libs-0.2

I branched off kolab-libs-0.2 as soon as I had a chance.

Master is now moving towards 0.3.

This is solely including libkolabxml + bindings, only for Enterprise 
Linux 6 - our reference platform for Kolab 3.0.

Now we are to include libkolab for Enterprise Linux 6... with the KDE 
dependencies, and a KDE stack that is version 4.3...
