This worked as expected in the kolab-webadmin interface. Everything 
seems to be created properly in regards to LDAP, but users not created 
with the defaul domain name are unable to login. When trying with an 
IMAP client the maillog says the user is invalid, and roundcube also 
fails because it looks for the user in the base_DN hard coded in 
/etc/roundcubemail/kolab_auth.inc.php.

At this point I'm creating all the users in the primary DN and assigning 
them default emails based on the domain they are with. It works, but 
it's not ideal.
