There is a wish that Tasks should also contain the simple <alarm> element
additionally to the advanced alarms element.

According to http://www-old.kolab.org/doc/kolabformat-2.0-html/x242.html this is
defined as. "The alarm specifies the number of minutes before the incidence when
the alarm should fire"

I think it might be legitimate to argue that the due date of a task (which does
not need to have a start date) is the time a task "takes place".
So while the <alarm> element still refers to the start offset for events it
should refer to the end offset for the Task.

As this is KKC i will implement it.
