Tested with enterprise35 20120423.2a6899e-kk1:

Test A (.kde is symlink) - FAILED
1. Remove .kde
1a. Create new kde directory and add symlink to from .kde to new kde directory,
e.g. ln -s kdedir .kde
2. Logout/login via ssh to kill all kde processes (which recreated .kde)
3. run kolabwizard
-> .kde is created
4. confirm warning dialog (Run now)
5. Fill kolab server form inputs. Enable "save password". Use no Online-IMAP.
Use Kolab 2. -> [OK]
6. KWallet: 'Basic' -> [Continue] -> [Finished] (without setup KWallet)
7. Run kontact
8. Open KMail settings:
   => identity: 2 identitys (Default and Kolab-Server). FAILED. Only 1 identity
expected.
   => accounts: 0 recieving, 0 sending. FAILED.

1. Remove .kde
2. Logout/login via ssh to kill all kde processes (which recreated .kde)
