Hi Alain, and others,

please find attached a patch I found necessary in order to be able to 
deploy Z-Push as part of a Kolab deployment that uses a Cyrus IMAP 
Discrete Murder, negating the validity of 'kolabHomeServer' or attribute 
values alike, and instead needs to use the one address for the 
(load-balanced) frontends for said Cyrus IMAP Discrete Murder.

For these deployment scenarios, I think it is reasonable to have 
KOLAB_IMAP_SERVER be defined as the address to the frontend(s), and use 
KOLAB_IMAP_SERVER over 'kolabhomeserver', but only if it has been 
defined.
