[Kolab-devel] [issue4791] Groupware folder type changed to mail after recreating dimap cache.

Test with Kontact enterprise35 20110909.912d125:

Precondition: Kontact e35 with configured Kolab DIMAP account, all
Groupware folders are visible with correct folder types.

1. Open 'Settings > Configure KMail > Accounts':
   Remove receiving (dimap) account and click [OK].
2. Open 'Settings > Configure KMail > Accounts':
   Add new receiving (dimap) account and enter same data of
   given Kolab account. Click [OK]. [OK].
   -> new account name is visible in KMail's folder list.
3. Sync 
   -> Now, all folders of the account are visible.
   But: All groupware folders are displayed as _mail_ folders! (FAILURE)
4. Open 'Settings > Configure KMail > Misc > Groupware':
   Disable and enable first option ("enable IMAP resource functionallity").
   Click [OK].
5. Dialog "Standard Groupware Folders" comes up (screenshot attached)
   Click [Continue].
   => All groupware folders get now the correct folder types.

Expected behavior: With step (3) the groupware folders should get the right
folder types.
