You know that we provide Squeeze binary packages, right?

Please look again. 1st.README clearly states:

    - When building from .src.rpm files, tclsh must be available on the
      host system.  On Debian GNU/Linux the package proviting tclsh is
      called tcl8.4 (lenny) or tcl8.5 (squeeze).  See kolab/issue4695 for
      further details.

That is a different bug [1] and has nothing to do with tcl has already been 
fixed in git, stay tuned for Kolab 2.3.4 tomorrow.
