[Kolab-devel] Kolab server 2.3.3 prerequisite missing?

I'm trying to install kolab server 2.3.3 from source on a new installed 
VM Debian 6.0.2, but something is missing.

In 1st.readme, I don't find nothing saying I had to install tclsh before 
installing kolab.
Now compile stop with this error while compiling cyrus-imapd:

Previous contents were moved to /kolab/RPM/PKG....769

I installed debian as a server with standard system and ssh server and 
nothing else.

Where is a list of the prerequisite for Debian 6.x?
