[Kolab-devel] [issue4721] The mail_todo icon is just in 16x16 in kmail.

In the source of kdepim (GIT) is only a 16x16 version of the mail-todo.png in
kmail. So the icon doesn't look well in kontact.

A solution is to provide the icon in all sizes.
