[Kolab-devel] [issue4763] Archive/delete-past-events-and-todos-dialog needs warning and new options (rt#10014)

Tested with enterprise35 20110627.f1ff780.

Motivation:
If you use the calendar archive function [File > Archive Old
Entries...] with _writeable_ shared calender folders, it could be
dangerous to archive items automatically. Because other users of these 
shared folders lost their (old) events/to-dos.

Problem: 
Kontact archived and deleted items from _all_ active/visible calendar folders
without request/information.

3 suggestions to improve this situation:

a) Add a new warning in the dialog "Archive/Delete Past Events and
To-dos" that items from _all_ visible/active calendar folders with write 
access will be archived and deleted.

b) Add new (radio) options in the dialog, e.g.: 
   (x) "archive/delete own folders only (no shared folders)" (default) or
   ( ) "archive/delete all folders with write access (with shared folders)"

c) Add new list with all available folders in the dialog:
   The user can select/deselect folders, independent of calendar is
visible/active. Only items of selected folders will be archived/deleted.


Please estimate all 3 suggestions first!
