Test:
1. Open Kontact with Mail part.
2. Configure template of the id.
Reply template:
%CURSOR
L1
L2
...
3. Select a folder and press reply on a mail.
=> The first line is blank and the cursor is at the beginning of the second
line. Should be in the beginning of the first line.
