[Kolab-devel] KEP #11: Development and Release process outline

Hello there,

I've attempted to sensibly outline a development and release process for 
future development for and releases of Kolab;

I'm submitting this framework for your review and feedback under the Kolab 
Enhancement Proposal process[1].

Please note that the process described here relates to the KEP process itself 
for enhancements (proposals, submissions, acceptance), product versioning (KEP 
#5[2], currently in the KEP closing call phase), and best practices in issue 
tracking as well as source code management.
