[Kolab-devel] [issue4728] Upgrade from 2.2.4 to 2.30 fails with broken ldif

When upgrading according to the instructions the dn's get adapted but all places 
where the dn's are references don't get adapted to the new schema.

E.g. distribution lists contain invalid members.
