tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100903.1171286-kk1

Send an event as ical and look at the mail, shows that the time is incorrect.

Test:
1. Create an event 10-12 CEST.
2. Look at the kolab.xml of the mail in the calendar (8-10Z)
3. Send the event as ical to the test account. (10-12Z)
=> The time is wrong. I think it should be 8-10Z in this case.

Please estimate first.
