[Kolab-devel] CVS to Mercurial conversion

Hi!

On http://hg.intevation.org/tmp/kolab/server/ (you can clone from
this location, too) I have _temporary_ repository for all of you to
look at.

Author/branch/tag names should already be fine, and you should take
a look at it while I'm preparing the final steps:
- translate existing .cvsignore files to .hgignore
- push access for all existing and new developers
- push notifications to kolab-commits

For the final conversion I will set the server module of the CVS
repository to read-only, the final result will be reachable on
a new host with the name hg.kolab.org.
