[Kolab-devel] [issue4651] Correct the cookie domain setting

indicates that I always set the cookie domain to the FQDN.

Jeroen recently asked me why we actually do this and in fact there seems to be
no valid reason.

I need to recheck but the commit linked above indicates that this has been the
setting from the start (which probably means it didn't get much thought).
