[Kolab-devel] [issue4639] Roundup needs configurable email notifications

ATM Roundup only sends out mail for changes of others but not if I change
something myself. Others prefer the email interface and don't want to receive a
second copy of the mail. Therefor email notification settings should be user
configurable.
