tested with Kontact e35 kdepim   20100409.1112955-kk1

Test:
1. Switch to the journal component.
2. Create a new journal entry.
=> The header of the entry contains a title/toolbar line.
The customer wishs that there is an option to remove/hide that line to save space.
Is this possible?

(some of the users just use the text area and not the titles.)

Please estimate first.
