New submission from Emanuel Schuetze <emanuel at intevation.de>:

Tested with enterprise35 20100326.1107649:
- User A creates a new event, adds user B and blocks the invitation mail
- A updates event (e.g. changes time) and send invitation update mail now to B
- B gets the update mail and clicks "Accept"

=> a message dialog comes up [see attached screenshot]
- B clicks "Store" to add event to his calendar.

This dialog is unnecessary in this case because the event isn't in B's calendar.
So, please prevent this dialog.

In all other cases: please set the default to "Store" instead of "Throw away"
(security issue).
