New submission from Martin Zapfl <mailinglists at tbits.net>:

In reference to issue #3463, these are the current patches for our ISP
extensions to Kolab. Notably, this adds the concept of a 'customer' which can be
used to manage other entities (domains, users, etc.) by.

As requested, these patch against the CVS HEAD, rather than a specific release.
The problem with this is that the HEAD is (as advertised in the Wiki) unstable
right now. Therefore, the modifications are only known to work when applied to
our installation (a release with the files concered merged into it from CVS).
Building a setup from scratch using only the files from CVS and incorporating
our changes into it, might or might not work, this is largely untested.

The patches are separated by CVS subtree (rather than by "partial feature").
This is because the modifications only make sense when applied as a whole.

For more details, see the README file enclosed within.
