tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100319.1105255-kk4

Test:
Req: Use German as language.
1. Switch to the mail component.
2. Settings->Configure filter....
=> Filter dialog opens.
filter conditions contain the untranslated (Subject, From, To, CC, Reply-To).
The customer expects these words to be translated to German consistent like in
the composer.
