Tested with gpg4win-svn1359 + kdepim-r1102305 (kleo 2.0.14):

- Install gpg4win.
- Start Kleopatra.
- Import your own openpgp and smime certificates.
- Start Outlook with GpgOL.
- Send an signed message with GpgOL.
=> Format Choice dialog (see attachment) comes up in background!
