New submission from Emanuel Schuetze <emanuel at intevation.de>:

Tested with Gpg4win 2.0.3:

Precondition:
* import (secret) OpenPGP certificate A
* import (public) OpenPGP certificate B

Test with Keopatra:
* Select B and click "Certify Certificate"
-> step1: select user ids (see attached screenshot)
Here Kleo should show the fingerprint and the key-id. It's important to verify
that user has selected the correct certificate to certify.

Marcus said: pinentry should also contains the fingerprint of the certificate
which user wants to certify. Note: pinentry output should be similar and
reusable to the output on keypad.
