[Kolab-devel] [issue4450] Add delte certificate entry in context menu of Kleopatra

Kleopatra should show the certificate delete command (from certificates menu)
also in the context menu of an selected certificate.

Currently: User is irritating because certificates menu and context menu are 
inconsistent.

Kleo opens a confirm dialog after clicking delte menu entry. So it's not a risk
for an uncareful user.
