[Kolab-devel] [issue4037] calendar print: header dates are wrongly localized

tested with kontact e35 20100115.1075236-kk1

Test:
Use Erman Kontact
1. Switch to calendar.
2. Print a week.
3. Look at the output.
The header is like "Montag 11 Januar 2010" should be "Montag 11. Januar 2010".
The dot after the date number is missing.
