Done. Still builds fine but I did not yet check the functionality.

While I personally think the starting "KOLAB" tag is not that  
important it is nice to have as an indicator where the patch comes  
from. The version tag in the file name has technical reasons though  
and we should try to keep it. It is useful within the spec files and  
helps when migrating the patch queue to a newer version.

@sascha: There is also a "series" file in the  
"patches/cyrus-imapd-2.3.16" directory that indicates the patch order.  
I know that we have the information in the spec file, too. But the  
series file helps with quickly updating the patch queue when a new  
cyrus imap server version arrives. The "imapd/patches/Makefile"  
contains some magic which automates the process using the mercurial  
patch queue management.
