The customer wants to save a S/MIME or OpenPGP encrypted mail decrypted to an
mbox file.

In the moment RMB->Save as... on a mail saves this mail encrypted. 
I think, the customer wants a "Save decrypted as..." action (if the mail is
encrypted.) This action should decrypt the mail and then save it into the mbox file.

Please estimate first and wait on an okay.
