Definitely a no-go.

Why? IMAP is searcheable. And searching for mails with a  
text/v-calender attachment should be doable. However the user could  
still employ a filter to sort such mails somewhere else. Still that  
might be okay.

Sounds also doable to me. Kolab_Filter is already doing invitation  
handling anyway. So it should not be too hard to integrate it there.  
And as Zpush is a web service anyway it the server-server communiation  
problem shouldn't be too hard to solve. Question would be if it is  
secure?
