I am not the developer of perl-kolab (=libkolab-perl). I'm just a
member of the debian kolab packaging team and I have also added the
syncrepl (openldap>2.3) backend to perl-kolab. It seems that there is
already an AD backend. I have never tested it. You can ask here for
more info.
