tested with Kontact e35 kdepim   20100409.1112955-kk1

Test:
1. Create a new event.
2. Context menu-> toggle alarm on.
3. Look at the event.
=> The alarm is at the start time of the event.
The customer wants it at 15 mins before the start of the event.
It should be like setting the alarm button in the creation dialog.
